A few months back I noticed in my Elle and Harpars Bazaar magazines, that ruffles, raw edges and neutrals were pretty big. So I tore out a page with lots of ruffles on it and have been making ruffle Lollibags. I'm so glad they are "in" right now, because I LOVE ruffles!
